The George Mason Patriots haven't won a matchup against the Richmond Spiders since Feb. 27 of 2019, but they'll be looking to end the drought Monday. The Patriots will hit the road for the second straight game as they head to Robins Center at 7 p.m. ET. Richmond will be strutting in after a victory while GMU will be stumbling in from a defeat.

GMU was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap this past Saturday as they fell 83-78 to the La Salle Explorers. Despite the loss, GMU got a solid performance out of guard Xavier Johnson, who had 16 points and eight assists.
