Indiana vs. Idaho updates: Live NCAAF game scores, results for Saturday

Game Recap

The Indiana Hoosiers experienced an absolute beatdown on Saturday but somehow put the pieces back together and came to play against the Idaho Vandals. The Hoosiers steamrolled past Idaho 56-14 at home. The high-flying offensive effort was a definite turnaround from IU's flat performance the contest before.

The Indiana offense pulled no punches in the first half and blazed their way to 35 points. Idaho wasn't quite able to keep up, and the score was 35-7 heading into the break. The offense for IU continued to do well in the second half, scoring another 21 points to put the game away. The game leaves both teams with the exact same record at 1-1.

IU will stay at home against the Cincinnati Bearcats at noon ET Sept. 18 at Memorial Stadium. Cincinnati is coming in off of a big 42-7 win over the Murray State Racers. The Vandals are staying on the road next Saturday to face off against the Oregon State Beavers at 3:30 p.m. ET Sept. 18 at Reser Stadium.
