The Tulane Green Wave will look to defend their home turf on Saturday against the Ole Miss Rebels at 3:30 p.m. ET at Benson Field at Yulman Stadium. Tulane gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Saturday. They took their contest against South Alabama 37-17. Winning is a bit easier when you're consistent on offense and advance 3.9 more yards per play than your opponent, as Tulane did.

Ole Miss' success was spearheaded by the efforts of WR Tre Harris, who found the endzone four times on 133 receiving yards, and QB Jaxson Dart, who threw for 334 yards and four touchdowns on 23 attempts. Dart wound up with a passer rating of 257.6. RB Ulysses Bentley IV did his part for the team as well, scoring a TD off of six receiving yards.

Tulane will need to dig deep on Saturday, as the experts think they're headed for a loss. They finished last season with a stellar 12-2 record against the spread, so they might be worth a quick bet.

Even though the team is expected to lose, Tulane was a solid 2-0 as the underdog last season, so don't count them out.
