Jermaine Terry: Reaches injury settlement
Terry (undisclosed) was waived after reaching an injury settlement with the Giants on Wednesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Terry was placed on injured reserve with New York in late August with an undisclosed injury, but he will now be eligible to return to action this season. The tight end will have to pass a physical to sign elsewhere in 2025.

Giants' Jermaine Terry: Reverts to IR with New York
Terry (undisclosed) reverted to injured reserve with the Giants on Wednesday, per the NFL's official transaction log.
Terry was waived with an injury designation Tuesday after suffering an undisclosed "minor" injury during training camp. The tight end seems likely to seek an injury settlement with New York, otherwise he'll miss the entirety of the 2025 campaign while on IR.

Jermaine Terry: Cut with injury designation
The Giants waived Terry (undisclosed) with an injury designation Tuesday, Dan Duggan of The Athletic reports.
According to Duggan, Terry has been dealing with a "minor" injury. The undrafted rookie tight end missed the final preseason game. He logged 38 offensive snaps across the first two exhibitions, catching one pass for 21 yards.
