Blues' Vadim Zherenko: Facing Blackhawks

Zherenko will start the first two periods on the road against Chicago on Saturday, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports.

Zherenko has yet to play a regular-season NHL game. The 23-year-old was 12-24-1 with a 3.49 GAA and a .904 save percentage in 29 regular-season games with AHL Springfield in 2023-24. Joel Hofer is expected to play the third period against the Blackhawks on Saturday.
