Capitals' Richard Panik: Back at practice

Panik (upper body) took part in Tuesday's practice, JJ Regan of NBC Sports Washington reports.

Panik has been on the injured list since being knocked out of the Oct. 16 4-3 win over Toronto but is practicing without limitations. The Slovak winger will be eligible to return from injured reserve as early as Nov. 11 against the Coyotes.
