WATCH: Robert Streb breaks putter, holes 30-foot putt with wedge
Robert Streb is just out here contending for the Greenbrier Classic with a wedge on the greens.

Robert Streb is trying to win the Greebrier Classic. That, in and of itself, is not newsworthy. The way he's going it, though, is pretty unconventional. Streb broke his putter halfway through the round and is now putting with a wedge.
Streb update: walking off 9th green, tossed the putter back toward caddie/bag and it broke. Out of play for rest of the round.

And it's working. He banged this birdie in late in the round to tie for the lead.
Robert Streb just poured in a 30-footer... with a wedge... to tie the lead. #QuickHits http://t.co/tkt0Xv3CTq

If he wins, this would probably be the most improbable feat on the PGA Tour this season.
