Bills vs. Jets: Live updates, score, results, highlights, for Sunday's NFL game
Live scores, highlights and updates from the Bills vs. Jets football game
Game Recap
The New York Jets had a rough go of it last November when they matched up with the Buffalo Bills and had to endure more of the same on Sunday. New York took a hard 27-10 fall against Buffalo. The Jets haven't found any success against the Bills since Dec. 29 of 2019, this defeat making it four in a row.
Buffalo can attribute much of their success to QB Josh Allen, who passed for two TDs and 239 yards on 45 attempts in addition to picking up 63 yards on the ground, and RB Devin Singletary, who punched in one rushing touchdown in addition to snatching one receiving TD.
Buffalo's defense was a presence as well, holding New York to a paltry 48 yards rushing and 87 yards passing. The defense embarrassed New York's offensive line to sack QB Zach Wilson nine times for a total loss of 82 yards. It was a group effort with seven guys contributing.
No one had a standout game offensively for the Jets, but Wilson led the way with one touchdown.
The loss dropped New York's record to 4-13. Now 11-6, the Bills have officially clinched a playoff berth. With that, the AFC East playoffs come to an end.
