Preview
The Kansas City Chiefs will be playing in front of their home fans against the Cincinnati Bengals at 4:25 p.m. ET on Sunday at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Kansas City came into the matchup on Monday with a huge advantage in the spread, but given the result that advantage might've gone to their heads. They took a 20-14 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Raiders. Kansas City gained 103 more yards on the day, but it was Las Vegas that made the best of use of them.
The Chiefs were plagued by a slow offense and finished the game with only 4.2 yards per play. That's the fewest yards per play they've managed all season.
Meanwhile, Cincinnati unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Saturday. Their bruising 34-11 loss to the Steelers might stick with them for a while. Cincinnati was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 24-0.
The losing side was boosted by Tee Higgins, who picked up 140 receiving yards and a touchdown. His longest reception was for an incredible 80 yards.
Kansas City has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-6 record this season. As for Cincinnati, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-7.
