After a tough defeat on the road their last time out, the Falcons look much better today on their home field. They have jumped out to a 20-10 lead against the Colts. Even though Indianapolis has not done well against Pittsburgh recently (they were 0-6 in their previous six matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. The Colts took down the Steelers 30-13. The win was just what Indianapolis needed coming off of a 34-14 loss in their prior game.

The Colts can attribute much of their success to Gardner Minshew II, who threw for 215 yards and three touchdowns. Those three passing touchdowns set a new season-high mark for him.

The team tried something a little different on Sunday though, as only 33.3% of the QB's passes went to receivers. Given they posted a dismal four yards per play the Falcons probably won't be trying that again any time soon.

Indianapolis is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 8-6 record this season. As for Atlanta, their loss dropped their record down to 6-8.
