More than 500 NFL players will wear custom cleats in Week 13 for the My Cause My Cleats campaign. Every cleat tells a personal story about each player's cause, and a few coaches even got in on the action as well. We pored over hundreds of photos to find our favorite custom designs from each team. There were plenty of tough decisions and in, some cases, we chose to include two pairs from a team when it was too tough to break a tie.
