Frankfurt beat Olympiacos 3-1 in Group D while Galatasaray were 1-0 winners in Russia away at Lokomotiv in Group E to go top.
Elsewhere in the Europa Conference League, HJK of Helsinki were thumped 5-0 by Maccabi Tel Aviv in the earliest game before LASK won away at Alashkert in Group A.
Anorthosis and Flora Tallinn drew 2-2 in Group B while PAOK edged Copenhagen in Denmark to go top of Group F.
Feyenoord beat Union Berlin 3-1 in Group E while Maccabi Haifa edged Slavia Prague and there was also a win for Qarabag against Kairat Almaty in Group H.
