Jermall Charlo improved to 25-0 (19 KOs) on Saturday night with a tremendous fifth round knockout victory over Julian Williams.

Charlo dropped Williams in the fifth round twice, with the real damage coming on the first knockdown with one of the most vicious right uppercuts we've seen this year in boxing.

Williams beat the 10-count, but didn't last much longer once back to his feet as he got battered around and eventually fell back to the canvas for good.

After the bout, the undefeated IBF super welterweight champion -- and his twin brother Jermell -- spoke with Jim Gray and noted that the next opponent he wanted was WBO super welterweight champion Canelo Alvarez.

We'll see if Charlo's performance on Saturday, coupled with the "where you at, Cinnamon" comment, will be enough to divert Alvarez's attention away from unified middleweight champion Gennady Golovkin -- who is still Alvarez's target for fall 2017 -- and make him want to try and unify two of the super welterweight belts.
