With Hurricane Matthew bearing down on the southeastern portion of the United States, you had to figure it was only a matter of when -- and not if -- it would have an impact on any games scheduled for this weekend.

UCF announced Wednesday morning that its scheduled game against Tulane this Saturday in Orlando, Florida, has been moved to Nov. 5.

It makes a lot of sense for the game to be moved, as both teams already had byes scheduled for that weekend, so it's better to be safe than sorry at this point.

Old Dominion and Massachusetts also agreed to reschedule their game, moving it up a day to beat the storm. They were originally scheduled to play on Saturday night but will now play on Friday, Oct. 7 instead.

Odds remain strong that other games will be rescheduled as well.
