Parker made the Angels' Opening Day roster, Pedro Moura of the Los Angeles Times reports.
Parker was dialed in this spring. He allowed a single run over 12.1 innings of work and fanned 24 batters while walking just two. However, he's struggled to consistently perform in the majors and is coming off a rough 2016 season in which he posted a 4.67 ERA and 1.50 WHIP.
