Manager Mike Scioscia said that Bedrosian (groin) is fine and will make his spring training debut in the next few days, The Orange County Register reports.
The Angels have been bringing their hard-throwing righty along slowly this spring after he was experiencing groin tightness earlier in camp. He was coming off surgery to alleviate a blood clot in his throwing arm, but the arm is no longer an issue. Bedrosian is a lock for the 25-man roster, but he will be competing with Huston Street and, to a lesser extent, Andrew Bailey for the Angels' closer job.
