Cubs' Kris Bryant: Will likely return Tuesday

Manager Joe Maddon said Sunday that Bryant (illness) is feeling better but that the Cubs wanted to give him an additional day of rest Sunday, Carrie Muskat of MLB.com reports.

Bryant is sitting out Sunday's series finale against the Cardinals with a stomach bug, but based on Maddon's update, it sounds like the 2016 National League MVP will be back in the lineup Tuesday against the Reds.
