Toles exited Tuesday's game against the Pirates early after appearing to injure his right leg while colliding with the outfield wall, Andy McCullough of The Los Angeles Times reports.
With Dodgers pitcher Julio Urias carrying a no-hitter at the time, Toles collided with the outfield wall while attempting to take away a hit from Andrew McCutchen. It appeared that the injury occurred to his right leg, which seemed to get jammed against the wall. Toles was immediately replaced by Enrique Hernandez, but was able to walk off the field under his own power. The Dodgers should update us on the outfielder's status sooner than later.
