Giants' Madison Bumgarner: Moved to 60-day DL

Bumgarner (shoulder) was transferred to the 60-day disabled list Tuesday, Alex Pavlovic of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

This move opens up a 40-man roster spot for the recently acquired Sam Dyson. Bumgarner continues to work back from his early-season shoulder injury with an eye toward rejoining the Giants' rotation in July.
