Giants' Madison Bumgarner: To toss simulated game Wednesday

Bumgarner (shoulder) is scheduled to throw another simulated game Wednesday, Andrew Baggarly of The San Jose Mercury News reports.

Bumgarner was able to throw a 25-pitch simulated game Saturday and will look to build upon that successful outing Wednesday. The ace remains without a firm timetable for return, but his recent rehab work suggests that he's progressing well.
