Indians' Yan Gomes: Leaves Tuesday with testicular contusion

Gomes left Tuesday's game with a testicular contusion, the Tacoma News Tribune's Bob Dutton reports.

Gomes suffered the horrific sounding injury when a foul ball hit him in the groin in the second inning. He was replaced by Chris Gimenez, who figures to get the start Wednesday if Gomes needs more time to heal up.
