Bulls' Cameron Bairstow: Out again Thursday

Bairstow (back) has been ruled out for Thursday's game against the Knicks, Nick Friedell of ESPN Chicago reports.

Bairstow continues to deal with a nagging back injury, and he'll continue to sit out, as he's done since Mar. 2. The little-used big man is without a return timetable.
