Cliff Alexander: Waived by Trail Blazers on Thursday

Alexander was waived by the Trail Blazers on Thursday night, Adrian Wojnarowski of The Vertical reports.

Alexander was reportedly waived to create cap room for newly acquired Festus Ezeli. The 6-8 forward averaged only 1.3 points and 0.8 rebounds in eight games played his rookie season.
