Hawks' Tim Hardaway: Inactive for opener

Hardaway will be inactive for Tuesday's opener, Chris Vivlamore of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

The Hawks traded for Hardaway this offseason, but he won't be available for the opener despite playing big minutes and putting up decent scoring numbers throughout the preseason. While the former Michigan standout is a bit of a loose canon, he's a streaky shooter capable of providing a spark off the bench. Over his last two preseason contests, Hardaway scored 23 and 25 points, respectively.
