Hawks' Tim Hardaway: To start in place of Bazemore (knee)

Hardaway will start the Hawks' next two games in place of the injured Kent Bazemore (knee), Chris Vivlamore of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
The Hawks announced Wednesday that Bazemore will miss at least the next two games with a sore right knee, and Hardaway will serve as the fill-in at small forward. The Michigan product struggled in his first year with the Hawks, but he's off to a promising start to the 2016-17 campaign, averaging 11.3 points and 1.8 rebounds while converting 46.8 percent of his field goal attempts. His outside shooting (30.7% 3Pt) remains an issue, however, especially considering he's attempting more than 4.5 threes per game. Regardless, expect Hardaway to see a slight boost in minutes for at least the next two contests, beginning with Wednesday's matchup against the Heat.
