Jazz's Derrick Favors: Questionable for Game 1

Favors sat out Monday's practice with lower back soreness and is considered questionable for Tuesday's Game 1 against the Warriors, Tony Jones of the Salt Lake Tribune reports.

Favors helped close out the Clippers in the first round of the playoffs over the weekend, posting an impressive 17-point, 11-rebound showing on Sunday. However, it appears he may have tweaked his lower back during the contest, as he's now dealing with some discomfort and was held out of Monday's practice. Another update on his status should be provided following Tuesday's morning shootaround, but an absence from Favors would be a huge blow to the team's depth in the frontcourt.
