Mavericks' Zaza Pachulia: Ruled out Sunday

Pachulia (leg) has been ruled out of Sunday's game against the Rockets, Jonathan Feigen of the Houston Chronicle reports.

Pachulia has dealt with both a left Achilles injury, as well as a lower right leg injury recently, so he'll receive the night of Sunday in order for further recovery. JaVale McGee started in Pachulia's place earlier in January when he missed time with an injury, so the Mavericks could opt to go that route again Sunday. Otherwise, Dwight Powell is another candidate to take his spot in the starting lineup. With that being said, both McGee and Powell could be in line for increased minutes.
