Spurs' Ray McCallum: Recalled from D-League

McCallum was recalled from the D-League Austin Spurs on Saturday, Jeff McDonald of the San Antonio Express-News reports.

McCallum played one game with the D-League affiliate before rejoining the NBA squad ahead of Saturday's matchup with the Celtics. Prior to his assignment to the D-League, McCallum had often been inactive for the Spurs, and with Tony Parker, Patty Mills, and Kyle Anderson all capable of playing point guard, coach Gregg Popovich has no reason most nights to make McCallum available.
