Austin Hooper didn't do much as a rookie, but what he did do should help him get a shot at becoming a quality Fantasy tight end in 2017. Hooper caught 70.4 percent of his targets and scored in two of three games with at least five targets. Provided the Falcons tight end corps thins out this offseason, Hooper should assume a starting role and pick up much more work than before. As a group, Falcons tight ends collected 83 targets and 10 touchdowns last season -- hopefully those numbers rise and tilt in Hooper's favor. You could justify spending a final-round pick on him, especially if you're dedicated to streaming tight ends off waivers and like Hooper's Week 1 matchup.
