Woods (groin) was placed on season-ending injured reserve Tuesday, Tyler Dunne of The Buffalo News reports.
Woods was removed from Sunday's loss to Washington in the second half, with post-game reports suggesting that he was unlikely to play again this season. He finishes the year with 47 catches for 552 yards and three touchdowns on 81 targets, having served as the No. 2 wide receiver in a run-heavy offense. Woods should have plenty of time to recover before training camp, but the Bills may have interest in adding a more explosive athlete to team with Sammy Watkins, as Woods profiles as more of a No. 3 wideout than a No. 2.
