Rangers' Ryan McDonagh: Exits with hand injury

McDonagh will not return to Monday's game against the Blue Jackets after suffering an injury to his right hand while blocking a shot attempt, Pat Leonard of the New York Daily News reports.

McDonagh took one shot on goal and blocked three shots during his mere 7:09 on the ice Monday. With the Rangers' next game already Tuesday against the Lightning, it's possible that McDonagh will miss further time off the ice. Expect Dylan McIlrath to see more playing time if that comes to fruition.
