Through 4 p.m. ET on Friday, fans can vote on which of five players from each respective league will join the All-Star teams. Diamondbacks third baseman Jake Lamb is on the ballot and currently sitting in fourth place, but his team is going the fun route in promoting him.

Yes, they grabbed a lamb from a local petting zoo to support and promote Lamb. They also had their pre- and post-game host, Mike Ferrin, make Lamb's case in a lamb costume:

Lamb, 25, is hitting .292/.367/.617 with 19 doubles, seven triples, 19 homers and 59 RBI heading into Wednesday's game. He leads the majors in triples and the NL in slugging. Anything to get him more attention is certainly a worthy endeavor.
