LOOK: Triple-A Omaha honors kid's cancer battle with special jerseys
Miles Mortensen, son of Omaha reliever Clayton Mortensen, is battling neuroblastoma
Clayton Mortensen, former big-leaguer and current reliever for the Triple-A Omaha Storm Chasers, is the father of 4-year-old Miles, whose cancer recently relapsed. As Fox's Sam Gardner writes, Miles was initial diagnosed with stage IV neuroblastoma in October of 2014. On Friday, he'll undergo a blood transfusion.
As you might imagine, the family's costs are mounting in a hurry, and that's why the Storm Chasers are stepping up with some special jerseys. Take a look:

Those jerseys will be worn by the entire team (including Alex Gordon, who's there rehabbing an injury) and then auctioned off to help the Mortensen family. Best jersey we've seen in a long time, I'm sure you'll agree.
Here's every thought, prayer, and wish we've got going out to Miles for a full and swift recovery. Keep fighting, Super Miles.
(A GoFundMe page has been set up to help the Mortensen family.)
