Credit Dexter Fowler and Anthony Rizzo for making it happen

On Friday, the Chicago Cubs hosted their first World Series game in 71 years. On Saturday, the Cubs hosted their second World Series game since 1945 -- and this time they actually scored a run.
Here's the play that did the deed -- an Anthony Rizzo single to center field that plated Dexter Fowler, who led off the inning with a double. Basic mathematics, y'all.
The best part of all this? The fact we get to reference a feller named Peanuts Lowrey again:
That's the first #WorldSeries run the @Cubs have scored at Wrigley since Peanuts Lowrey touched the plate on October 10, 1945.

Nope, Peanuts wasn't his real name. Nope, doesn't matter.
