November has been a great month for the Chicago Cubs. The Cubs won their first World Series in 108 years a few days in; then Kris Bryant took home the National League MVP award last week; and on Saturday, Cubs outfield prospect Ian Happ led the Mesa Solar Sox to a win in the Arizona Fall League Championship Game.

Okay, so that last tidbit isn't going to the organization's crowning achievement or anything, but Happ had himself a game, homering twice -- one from each side of the plate -- and making an impressive grab to boot.

Let's start with the home runs. Here's Happ dropping the barrel on a low fastball early in the game to give Mesa a 5-0 cushion:

And here's Happ hitting an oppo-boppo by driving a ball over the plate away over the right-field wall:

Finally, here's Happ running down a line drive on the warning track:

Solid stuff all-around from Happ, who is considered by MLB.com to be the Cubs best prospect.

Of course, for those who know Happ, the question isn't his bat -- he's expected to at least an average contributor at the plate -- but his defensive home. The Cubs have cross-trained him at second base and in the outfield throughout his professional career, and with him nearing the majors -- perhaps as soon as in late 2017 -- it's getting close to the point where we start to wonder if and how he fits into the loaded Cubs' future plans.

But those conversations can wait, because Saturday belonged to Happ.
