Dan Henderson is 45. Dan Henderson should not still be able to do things like this. The MMA legend, in what may very well be the final fight of his career, landed one of the most devastating elbows ever directly to Hector Lombard's temple in the second round of their bout at UFC 199 on Saturday.

Henderson smelled blood in the water when he landed a strong right hand on Lombard. He jumped into the clinch and landed an elbow that you would throw if you were trying to break open your car window with the keys locked inside. Lombard lay like a corpse on the floor of the octagon for at least 10 minutes, motionless -- similar to how Henderson knocked out newly crowned middleweight champ Michael Bisping seven years ago at UFC 100.

Henderson, now 32-14 in his MMA career, said after the fight this might be his final fight in the octagon. He should call it a career after a victory like that. Henderson, who won titles in both Strikeforce and Pride, never reached the mountaintop in UFC, but it shouldn't matter. Henderson is unlikely to get another shot at the middleweight title and he should avoid what so many fighters deal with: holding on too long.

Henderson is 2-3 in his last five fights and 4-6 in his last 10. There are not many knockouts as good as this one. Henderon's will last a lifetime.
