The passing of Marlins All-Star pitcher Jose Fernandez shocked and saddened the world of baseball and the city of Miami. Wanting to support their fellow city sports team and offer up their own form of condolence, the Miami Heat will pay tribute to Fernandez during their first home preseason game on Tuesday.
The Heat will honor Fernandez by having a moment of silence before the game and the players will wear shooting shirts that have the pitcher's number and initials on them.
