  • Santonio skips Jets camp: Receiver Santonio Holmes did not attend the start of the Jets' voluntary offseason workouts Monday, instead choosing to work out and continue rehab on his own in Ohio, per the New York Daily News. Holmes is coming back from a Lisfranc injury on his left foot that he's already had two procedures on.

    Fantasy Analysis
    Coach Rex Ryan has said previously that the plan for Holmes is for him to get better and be ready for Week 1. We could see him start training camp on the PUP list. Even though the Jets are in a tailspin, and Holmes has struggled since joining the Jets, he's still a No. 1 receiver on a team that will likely be trailing a lot. Because of that he's worth a late-round pick, and don't be surprised if Holmes (with the help of a quarterback upgrade over Mark Sanchez) turns into a viable No. 3 Fantasy receiver.
