Vote in the Best Knockout Bracket: 30 years of Showtime Boxing's greatest KOs
Pick the best from these knockouts that will surely knock your socks off
Showtime Boxing is celebrating its 30th anniversary, and to mark the occasion, they have created a bracket of the best knockouts from 30 years of boxing broadcasts. Even better? You can vote!
The bracket is broken into heavyweights, welterweights, middleweights and light-feather-flyweights. You can vote on the matchups at showtimeknockouts.com.
Unsurprisingly, the heavyweight bracket is dominated by the likes of Mike Tyson and Deontay Wilder, two of the most fearsome knockout artists the heavyweight division has ever seen in their respective eras.
The hard-hitting Lucas Matthysse makes two appearances in the welterweight bracket along with Felix Trinidad and others. In the middleweight bracket, a pair of Gerald McClellan knockouts and a Thomas Hearns classic lead the way.
The feather-light-flyweight bracket features a Nonito Donaire masterpiece and Diego Corrales capping off a war with Jose Castillo.
Voting is open for each round of the bracket for one week with the final matchup determining the best knockout taking place in three weeks.
