What to Know
The Colorado Buffaloes and the #2 Arizona Wildcats are set to clash at 9 p.m. ET March 11 at T-Mobile Arena in the third round of the Pac-12 Conference Tournament.
Colorado strolled past the Oregon Ducks with points to spare on Thursday, taking the contest 80-69. Forward Evan Battey and forward Jabari Walker were among the main playmakers for the Buffaloes as the former posted a double-double on 19 points and 12 boards and the latter dropped a double-double on 18 points and 16 rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which Walker has had at least 12 rebounds.
Meanwhile, Arizona earned some postseason bragging rights after a successful outing on Thursday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with an 84-80 win over the Stanford Cardinal. It was another big night for Arizona's center Christian Koloko, who had 24 points in addition to nine rebounds.
Colorado is expected to lose this next one by 9.5. They are currently three-for-three against the spread in their most recent games, however, a trend bettors might want to take into account.
Colorado had enough points to win and then some against the Wildcats when the two teams last met earlier in the regular season, taking their game 79-63. Will the Buffaloes repeat their success, or does Arizona have a better game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
