What to Know

The Cornell Big Red will be returning home after a two-game road trip. They will take on the Colgate Raiders at 7 p.m. ET on Tuesday at Newman Arena at Bartels Hall.

Cornell didn't have too much breathing room in their game with the Lafayette Leopards last week, but they still walked away with a 90-85 victory.

Meanwhile, it was close but no cigar for Colgate as they fell 77-74 to the NC State Wolfpack this past Saturday. Four players on the Raiders scored in the double digits: Nelly Cummings (19), Jeff Woodward (14), Jack Ferguson (13), and Oliver Lynch-Daniels (11).

Cornell have to know they'll be fighting an uphill battle given the 11.50 point spread they are up against. However, those who like betting on the underdog should be happy to hear that they are 2-0 against the spread when expected to lose.

Cornell's win lifted them to 2-0 while Colgate's loss dropped them down to 1-1. We'll see if Cornell can repeat their recent success or if Colgate bounces back and reverse their fortune.
