The La Salle Explorers will be returning home after a two-game road trip. La Salle and the Richmond Spiders will face off in an Atlantic 10 battle at 4:30 p.m. ET Saturday at Tom Gola Arena. The Explorers are out to stop a nine-game streak of losses at home.

It was close but no cigar for La Salle as they fell 56-54 to the Rhode Island Rams on Wednesday. One thing holding La Salle back was the mediocre play of guard Khalil Brantley, who did not have his best game: he finished with only eight points on 4-for-11 shooting in his 27 minutes on the court.
