With the Penn State football program on shaky ground with many of its commitments and targets, the basketball program made an addition on Friday evening.
Julian Moore, a 6-foot-10 big man out of Germany Academy (Pa.), committed to the Nittany Lions, per a source.

Moore is Penn State’s second commitment for the class of 2013, joining guard Geno Thorpe. Top-75 prospect Brandon Austin decommitted last week.
