What to Know

The St. Bonaventure Bonnies are 12-2 against the Duquesne Dukes since January of 2016, and they'll have a chance to extend that success Saturday. The Bonnies will play host again and welcome Duquesne to Reilly Center, where tip-off is scheduled for 6 p.m. ET. St. Bonaventure is out to keep their three-game home win streak alive.

While not quite a landslide, the contest between St. Bonaventure and the Massachusetts Minutemen on Wednesday was still a pretty decisive one as St. Bonaventure wrapped it up with an 83-71 win at home. Five players on St. Bonaventure scored in the double digits: guard Dominick Welch (23), guard Jalen Adaway (16), forward Osun Osunniyi (14), guard Jaren Holmes (13), and guard Kyle Lofton (11).

Meanwhile, the Dukes have to be hurting after a devastating 73-52 loss at the hands of the George Washington Colonials on Wednesday. It was supposed to be a close game, and Duquesne was supposed to come out on top, but neither of those things ended up happening. One thing holding Duquesne back was the mediocre play of forward Kevin Easley Jr., who did not have his best game: he finished with only zero points on 0-for-12 shooting in his 26 minutes on the court.

This next matchup looks promising for St. Bonaventure, who are favored by a full 15 points. They might be worth taking a chance on against the spread as they are currently on a four-game streak of ATS wins.

St. Bonaventure's victory lifted them to 16-7 while Duquesne's defeat dropped them down to an irreparable 6-18. In St. Bonaventure's victory, Kyle Lofton posted a double-double on 17 assists and 11 points along with five steals and Dominick Welch shot 7-for-9 from beyond the arc and finished with a double-double on 23 points and ten boards. We'll see if Duquesne have a strategy for dealing with them or if they lead their team to another successful outing.
