Patterson totaled four points (2-5 FG, 0-2 3Pt), three assists and one rebound in 12 minutes during Thursday's 110-109 win over the Wisconsin Herd.
Patterson continues to garner a small role off the bench and has played double-digit minutes just once in the past four games. In seven contests with Lakeland, the 25-year-old is averaging 4.7 points and 2.1 rebounds in 12.2 minutes.

Devonte Patterson: Joins Wisconsin
Patterson was acquired via the player pool by the Wisconsin Herd last week.
Patterson previously played in the G League for Grand Rapids and Iowa this season. He played 23 minutes in his season debut with Wisconsin on Dec. 21, posting six points (2-3 FG, 2-3 PT), one rebound and one steal.

Patterson's contract was placed on waivers by the Wolves in late November and the Gold was fairly quick to snatch him up. He figures to play a sizeable role for the Gold after averaging 32.7 minutes per game in his three contests with Iowa.

Patterson appeared in just three games during his time with the Wolves and averaged only a point, a board and an assist over 10.9 minutes per contest. The Wolves elected to cut ties with him to open up a roster spot for the return of Brian Bowen, who was away from the club playing for Team USA in the FIBA World Cup qualifying.

Patterson was sent form Lakeland to the Wolves as part of a draft-day trade.
Patterson went 17th in the second round to Lakeland but was one of two players dished to Iowa from Lakeland along with Gary Chivichyan. Patterson went undrafted in 2020 but took part in the NBA Summer League with the Mavericks this season, racking up 2.5 points, 1.5 rebounds and 1.0 steals over 10.4 minutes per game.

Patterson was selected by the Lakeland Magic with the 17th overall pick in the second round of the 2021 G League Draft.
Patterson went undrafted in the 2020 NBA Draft and later signed an Exhibit 10 deal with the Mavericks. However, the 6-foot-7 forward failed to make the roster, so he joined Dallas once again for the 2021 NBA Summer League, where he appeared in four games and averaged 2.5 points, 1.5 rebounds and 1.0 steals across 10.4 minutes per game.
