Matt Milano BUF OLB
Bills' Matt Milano: Posts nine tackles in Week 16 win
6h agoMilano finished Sunday's 23-20 victory over the Browns with nine tackles (four solo).
Milano finished second on Buffalo with his nine stops. One of his tackles went for a loss, and Milano also notched two QB hits. The veteran linebacker has his two highest tackle totals of the campaign over the past two weeks -- he recorded 10 stops against New England in Week 15.

Greg Rousseau BUF DE
Bills' Greg Rousseau: Stands out with 2.5 sacks Sunday
6h agoRousseau recorded three tackles, including 2.5 sacks, in Sunday's 23-20 Week 16 victory against Cleveland.
Rousseau had a hand in all three of Buffalo's sacks in the game, notching two solo sacks and splitting another with Jordan Poyer. Rousseau now has 3.5 sacks over his past two games after tallying 3.0 across his first 13 contests of the campaign. His career high for sacks in a regular season is 8.0, which he's accomplished twice in his five-year NFL career.

Ji'Ayir Brown SF SAF
49ers' Ji'Ayir Brown: Productive in Week 16 victory
6h agoBrown tallied nine tackles (five solo) and forced a fumble Sunday in a 48-27 win against the Colts.
Brown tied for the 49ers' lead in tackles, with three of his stops coming on special teams. He also forced a fumble that was recovered the San Francisco as part of that unit, setting up his team's second touchdown of the game. Brown's nine total stops were his second-most in a game this season, topped only by the 10 tackles he recorded in Week 10 against the Rams.
-
Malik Mustapha SF SAF
49ers' Malik Mustapha: Makes eight stops in Week 16 win
6h agoMustapha tallied eight tackles (three solo) in Monday's 48-27 victory against Indianapolis.
Mustapha's tackle total was third-highest on San Francisco. The second-year safety has been a steady IDP asset of late, posting at least seven stops in each of his past four games.
-
Dee Winters SF LB
49ers' Dee Winters: Seals win with pick-six
6h agoWinters logged three tackles (one solo) and two defensed passes, including an interception that he returned for a touchdown, in Monday's 48-27 victory versus the Colts.
Winters had a pretty quiet day from a tackling perspective, finishing with his lowest total since Week 12. However, he made perhaps the biggest defensive play of the game when he intercepted a Phillip Rivers pass with less than four minutes remaining and returned it 74 yards for a touchdown to extinguish any hope of an Indianapolis comeback. That was Winters' first interception and first touchdown in his three seasons as a pro.
-
Demario Davis NO OLB
Saints' Demario Davis: Productive in Week 16 win
6h agoDavis finished with eight tackles (two solo) and a defensed pass Sunday in a 29-6 victory against the Jets.
Davis ended as the Saints' second-leading tackler in the rout. Though he hasn't reached double-digit stops in four straight games, he's posted at least seven tackles in three of those contests. Davis is at 131 tackles through 15 contests, putting him well within reach of the career-high 136 he posted last season.

Ryan O'Hearn SD 1B
Pirates' Ryan O'Hearn: Gets $29 million from Pirates
15h agoThe Pirates signed O'Hearn to a two-year, $29 million contract Tuesday, Robert Murray of FanSided.com reports.
He'll have the opportunity to stretch the total guarantee to $30 million if he reaches $500,000 in incentives each year of the deal. O'Hearn has slashed .277/.343/.445 over the last three regular seasons between the Orioles and Padres and made his first All-Star team in 2025. The left-handed hitter reversed a career trend and hit better versus lefties (.832 OPS) than righties (.795 OPS) in 2025, so he could be an everyday player in Pittsburgh. With Spencer Horwitz manning first base, O'Hearn will likely see most of his playing time at designated hitter.
-
Jacob Webb TEX RP
Cubs' Jacob Webb: Grabs MLB pact from Cubs
17h agoThe Cubs signed Webb to a one-year contract Tuesday that includes a club option for 2027, Patrick Mooney of The Athletic reports.
Webb was non-tendered by the Rangers last month even after posting a 3.00 ERA, 1.03 WHIP and 58:19 K:BB across 66 innings during the 2025 season. The 32-year-old right-hander should fill a middle-relief role in the Cubs' bullpen.
-
Oddanier Mosqueda PIT RP
Pirates' Oddanier Mosqueda: Signs NRI deal with Pirates
17h agoThe Pirates signed Mosqueda to a minor-league contract Tuesday that includes an invitation to spring training.
Mosqueda pitched for Triple-A Memphis in the Cardinals organization in 2025, holding a 4.52 ERA and 68:31 K:BB over 65.2 innings. The left-handed reliever has yet to reach the big leagues but will compete for a roster spot in spring training.
-
Ryan Rolison CHW RP
White Sox's Ryan Rolison: Cleared from 40-man roster
18h agoThe White Sox designated Rolison for assignment Tuesday.
The transaction frees up a spot on the 40-man roster for Sean Newcomb, who was signed Tuesday. Rolison was a waiver claim of the White Sox earlier this month and will now be up for grabs on waivers again. He held a 7.02 ERA and 25:20 K:BB over 42.1 innings with the Rockies in 2025.
-
Sean Newcomb CHW RP
White Sox's Sean Newcomb: Inks one-year deal with White Sox
18h agoThe White Sox signed Newcomb (elbow) to a one-year, $4.5 million contract Tuesday.
Newcomb was terrific as a full-time reliever after being traded to the Athletics last season, collecting a 1.75 ERA and 50:14 K:BB over 51.1 innings. The left-hander will get an opportunity to start in Chicago, per Will Sammon of The Athletic, though he could eventually shift back to a relief role. Newcomb's 2025 campaign ended prematurely due to left elbow inflammation, but he should be ready to go for spring training.
-
Cole Young SEA SS
Mariners' Cole Young: Won't be blocked by outside add
20h agoYoung is expected to see the majority of playing time at second base for the Mariners in 2026 even if the team acquires a second baseman from outside the organization, Ken Rosenthal and Will Sammon of The Athletic report.
The Mariners remain very high on Young even after he had just a .607 OPS in 257 plate appearances during his rookie season. Young is just 22, but the Mariners appear committed to giving him some leash in the majors in 2026. It seemingly makes a trade for Ketel Marte unlikely, and if Brendan Donovan is acquired, he would be in line to see the bulk of his reps at a position other than second base.
-
Josh Hart NY SF
Knicks' Josh Hart: Double-double in defeat
1h agoHart amassed 12 points (5-14 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 1-1 FT), 15 rebounds, eight assists and two steals across 42 minutes during Tuesday's 115-104 loss to the Timberwolves.
Hart came close to his second triple-double of the season Tuesday but settled for a double-double in the Knicks' loss. The versatile wing has been a regular in the starting lineup since Nov. 24, averaging 14.6 points, 9.8 rebounds, 5.8 assists and 2.0 steals in 35.2 minutes across 13 starts.
-
Tyler Kolek NY PG
Knicks' Tyler Kolek: Nears triple-double in first start
1h agoKolek racked up 20 points (9-22 FG, 2-6 3Pt), 11 rebounds, eight assists and three steals across 31 minutes during Tuesday's 115-104 loss to the Timberwolves.
Kolek made his first career NBA start Tuesday in place of Jalen Brunson (ankle) and made the most of the opportunity, recording his second career double-double while finishing two assists shy of a triple-double. The Marquette product has carved out an expanded role in his second season, logging 20-plus minutes in three of the past four games and seeing double-digit minutes in 17 of 25 appearances overall. Provided Brunson returns, Kolek is likely to move back to a bench role for the Knicks' Christmas matchup Thursday with the Cavaliers, though he should still remain part of the rotation.
-
Rudy Gobert MIN C
Timberwolves' Rudy Gobert: Double-double in win
1h agoGobert closed with 11 points (4-6 FG, 3-4 FT), 16 rebounds, three blocks, two assists and two steals across 38 minutes in Tuesday's 115-104 win over the Knicks.
Gobert stuffed the stat sheet Tuesday en route to his 13th double-double of the season. The veteran is averaging under 12.0 points for the first time since 2015-16, but he's compensating with elevated efficiency, shooting better than 70.0 percent from the field for the first time since the 2021-22 campaign. Gobert will look to keep the double-doubles and strong defense coming in Thursday's Christmas matchup against the Nuggets.
-
Julius Randle MIN PF
Timberwolves' Julius Randle: Late surge in win
1h agoRandle closed with 25 points (10-20 FG, 0-4 3Pt, 5-5 FT), six rebounds, three assists and one steal in 33 minutes during Tuesday's 115-104 victory over the Knicks.
Randle was a key late-game contributor, scoring 17 of his 25 points in the fourth quarter to help lift the Timberwolves to a win. Despite failing to connect from three-point range, it marked an encouraging efficiency outing for the power forward after he shot just 37.9 percent from the field over his previous four games. Randle will look to build on that performance in Thursday's Christmas matchup against the Nuggets.
-
Anthony Edwards MIN SG
Timberwolves' Anthony Edwards: Drops 38 in win
2h agoEdwards totaled 38 points (15-27 FG, 4-10 3Pt, 4-6 FT), four steals, two assists, one rebound and one block in 37 minutes during Tuesday's 115-104 victory over the Knicks.
Edwards delivered another dominant scoring effort, leading the Timberwolves offensively in a win. The outing marked the superstar's 13th 30-plus point performance of the season, as he's averaging 28.7 points through 23 games, a pace that would represent a career high over a full campaign. He'll look to keep rolling in a Christmas showdown against the Nuggets on Thursday.
-
Bennedict Mathurin IND SF
Pacers' Bennedict Mathurin: Shooting woes continue Tuesday
4h agoMathurin racked up 13 points (3-10 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 6-6 FT), six rebounds and one assist in 34 minutes during Tuesday's 111-94 loss to Milwaukee.
Mathurin was one of just four Indiana players to score in double figures, though he struggled with efficiency yet again. The 23-year-old swingman has been struggling to find his rhythm of late, shooting just 32.4 percent from the field in his last six appearances. On a more positive note, he was fairly active on the glass Tuesday, grabbing at least six boards for the third time in his last four outings.
-
Andrei Kuzmenko LA LW
Kings' Andrei Kuzmenko: Goals in back-to-back games
2h agoKuzmenko scored a goal on three shots in Tuesday's 3-2 loss to the Kraken.
Kuzmenko has scored in consecutive contests, and he has four tallies over his last seven outings. The 29-year-old winger was scratched at times in November and December, but his more consistent scoring lately should help him stay in the lineup. He's now at seven goals, 11 points, 42 shots on net, 18 hits and a minus-3 rating over 31 appearances. Kuzmenko is still tough to trust in fantasy until he can prove himself over a longer stretch.
-
Kevin Fiala LA LW
Kings' Kevin Fiala: Buries goal in loss
2h agoFiala scored a goal on two shots and went plus-2 in Tuesday's 3-2 loss to the Kraken.
Fiala has three goals and three assists over his last nine games. The 29-year-old winger has moved around the lineup a bit recently as the Kings have been struggling to light the lamp. Fiala is at 13 goals, 24 points, 103 shots on net and a minus-5 rating through 36 appearances this season. He'll need to carry the offense through consistent scoring until other players work out of their slumps.
-
Pheonix Copley LA G
Kings' Pheonix Copley: Loses to Kraken
2h agoCopley stopped 25 of 28 shots in Tuesday's 3-2 loss to the Kraken.
This was Copley's season debut at the NHL level. He allowed all three goals during the second period, and the Kings' comeback effort came up one goal short. Copley will be in the NHL for as long as Darcy Kuemper (upper body) is out, but Anton Forsberg figures to see most of the time between the pipes for the Kings.
-
Josh Mahura SEA D
Kraken's Josh Mahura: Snags helper in win
2h agoMahura logged an assist and two blocked shots in Tuesday's 3-2 win over the Kings.
Mahura has a chance to play regularly until Brandon Montour (hand) and Vince Dunn (upper body) are healthy. The 27-year-old Mahura will occupy a third-pairing role, so his chances on offense are still going to be sparse. For the year, he's at three points, 12 shots on net, 32 blocked shots, 22 hits, 16 PIM and a plus-9 rating over 20 appearances.
-
Jamie Oleksiak SEA D
Kraken's Jamie Oleksiak: Finds assist in win
2h agoOleksiak notched an assist, three shots on goal and three blocked shots in Tuesday's 3-2 win over the Kings.
Oleksiak ended a 14-game point drought with the effort. The defenseman was scratched twice earlier in December, but he's virtually guaranteed to stay in the lineup while both of Brandon Montour (hand) and Vince Dunn (upper body) are out. Oleksiak has six points, 37 shots on net, 47 hits, 51 blocked shots and a plus-6 rating over 33 appearances in a shutdown role this season.
-
Eeli Tolvanen SEA RW
Kraken's Eeli Tolvanen: Collects two helpers in win
2h agoTolvanen earned two assists, two shots on goal and three hits in Tuesday's 3-2 win over the Kings.
Tolvanen extended his point streak to five games (one goal, six assists) with this effort. The 26-year-old is up to 22 points this season, and he's earned half of them over 11 outings in December. The winger has added 54 shots on net, 91 hits, 32 blocked shots and a minus-11 rating over 35 contests this season. Tolvanen's hot offense and well-rounded production makes him a quality depth forward in fantasy, especially since he's tracking toward a career year in points.
