Cardinals' Anderson Tejeda: Signs minor-league deal

Tejeda signed a minor-league contract with the Cardinals on Thursday.

Tejeda became a free agent in early November after being outrighted by the Rangers, but he'll now land with another organization. The 23-year-old appeared in five major-league games last year and will serve as a non-roster invitee this spring.
