Cardinals' Justin Williams: Singles in first rehab game

Williams (neck) went 1-for-2 with an RBI single in Triple-A Memphis' win over Gwinnett on Saturday.

The recovering outfielder started and played the first four innings in right field before being subbed out. Williams is slated to put in at least one more rehab game with Memphis on Sunday before possibly being activated from the injured list when first eligible Monday.
