Guardians' Wes Parsons: Traded to Cleveland

The Guardians acquired Parsons from the Blue Jays on Wednesday in exchange for $250,000 in international bonus pool money.

Toronto had recently designated Parsons for assignment, but he'll regain a spot on Cleveland's 40-man roster as he heads to his new organization.The Guardians have optioned Parsons to Triple-A Columbus, where he could either join the rotation or bullpen.
