Padres' Michel Baez: Sent to Triple-A

Baez was optioned to Triple-A El Paso ahead of Game 2 of Tuesday's doubleheader against Colorado.

Baez was called up last week and will head back to the minors after delivering a scoreless inning during Game 1 of Tuesday's twin bill. He also pitched a scoreless frame during his other appearance while up with the Padres.
